Job Description
KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS
Deep understanding of all Outcomes products and services. Proven experience in pricing strategy, deal negotiation, and incentive plan design. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, particularly in Excel or financial modeling tools. Strong communication skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with cross functional internal teams and executive leaders. Ability to balance speed, accuracy, and strategic thinking under tight deadlines. Knowledge of industry-specific pricing dynamics and trends. Strategic thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions. Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance competing priorities effectively. Ability to persuade others into agreement in sensitive situations while maintaining positive relationships. Education & Experience Requirements Minimum years of work experience: 8 years Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting or Business Management role with relevant industry experience. Professional certification (CPA, CFA, etc.) or advanced degree preferred.
