  • Maintain accurate product, pricing, cost, unit-of-measure, discount, rebate, and vendor data in Eclipse, PDW, and related systems.
Prepare, validate, and upload pricing/product data files, reports, mappings, and mass maintenance updates. Research and resolve pricing, cost, margin, rebate, billing, and product data discrepancies. Identify root causes of data issues and coordinate corrections with Purchasing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Rebates, Branch teams, Vendor Relations, MDM, Sonepar teams, and other OPCOs. Support product file clean-up, data governance, system maintenance, conversions, and process improvement projects. Use advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets, validate information, reconcile pricing/cost data, and identify exceptions. Follow SOPs and data integrity standards while protecting confidential and proprietary business information. Provide training, documentation, cross-coverage, and support for team members or business users as needed. Remain flexible for approved after-hours product file or pricing updates when business needs require it. What you will bring
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with large data files, formulas, reporting tools, uploads, validations, and reconciliations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining product, pricing, cost, rebate, vendor, and master data records. Analytical problem-solving skills to research discrepancies, identify root causes, and follow issues through to resolution. Experience with ERP, pricing, product information, or data management systems; Eclipse and PDW experience would be a strong plus. Ability to manage and clean up data while maintaining consistency, organization, and data integrity across multiple systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with Purchasing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Rebates, Vendor Relations, MDM, branch teams, Sonepar teams, and other OPCOs. Confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive pricing, cost, vendor, and business information. Organization, follow-through, and documentation skills to maintain SOPs, track updates, support reporting, and provide clear notes or training materials. Flexibility and reliability to support approved after-hours updates when business needs require it.
