You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together. ## Our Team, Your Impact The Associate Director, Trade Contracting Analytics is a data-driven leader primarily responsible for leading deal-specific financial analyses and modeling that inform GPO and channel contracting decisions across Clinics, Specialty Pharmacies, and Wholesalers. This role serves as the analytical engine behind contracting execution - owning pre-deal evaluation, scenario modeling, and post-deal performance assessment, while providing data-driven insights to support broader channel and portfolio strategy. This position will support Teva's Innovative and Biosimilar product portfolio. ## How You'll Spend Your Day All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any incumbents with reasonable accommodation if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in other related duties or assignments. Deal-Based Financial Modeling & Analysis
- Lead end-to-end financial modeling for individual contracting deals across assigned GPOs, Clinics, Specialty Pharmacies, and Wholesalers
- Build and refine deal-specific scenarios including price, rebate structure, volume assumptions, and channel mix
- Evaluate trade-offs across margin, volume, and channel pull-through
- Provide data-driven recommendations for go/no-go decisions and negotiation strategy
- Support live negotiations with rapid-turn analytical insights Operates as a strategic partner to Contracting leads, with high visibility into pricing and contracting decisions across Teva's Innovative and Biosimilar portfolio Pre-Deal & Post-Deal Performance Analytics
- Conduct pre-deal analysis to baseline performance and define targets by channel
- Perform post-deal evaluations including variance and root-cause analysis
- Track deal performance including utilization, channel mix shifts, and financial outcomes
- Identify contract leakage and optimization opportunities and provide recommendations that directly influence pricing, rebate strategy, and contracting structure Cross-Functional Execution Support
- Partner with Account Teams, V&A Strategy, Finance, and Operations & Analytics to support deal execution
- Align on assumptions, forecasting, and accrual implications
- Present clear, concise recommendations to leadership
- Support and manage select customer accounts to gain end-to-end contracting experience and develop the analytical insights required to evaluate, execute, monitor and perform contract performance and analytics. Analytical Tools & Governance
- Develop standardized modeling templates and methodologies
- Ensure data integrity and transparency of assumptions
- Create and improve dashboards, tools and processes to enhance speed and decision quality
- Identify opportunities to standardize and automate modeling approaches
- Maintain audit-ready documentation of analyses ## Your Skills and Experience Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education/Certification/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management[LE3.1][JC3.2], Finance, or related field. MBA, JD or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in contract management, contracting, procurement, or supply chain management with a focus on
GPOs and Specialty Pharmacies Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling within the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on GPO and Specialty Pharmacy contracting
- Ability to synthesize diverse and complex data into actionable insights
- Strong financial acumen with solid understanding of channel economics across GPOs, Clinics, Specialty Pharmacies, and Wholesalers
- Deep understanding of pharmacy reimbursement dynamics and financial drivers
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information and business proposals to all levels of management and leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with the ability to balance speed and rigor
