Type:
full-time Metric Bio are partnering with an extremely exciting, PE Backed, Generic (Gx) OSD focused Pharmaceutical company based out of New Jersey on the search for a Pricing Analyst - Generic Sales Operation.
Location:
On-Site - Princeton, New Jersey Our client are growing rapidly - this role will play a vital part in reinforcing the hyper-growth phase through Contract management, Maintaining agreements, supporting the Sales teams on price, Overseeing rebate structures & analyzing existing pricing to implement continuous improvement. We are searching for an individual with 3+ years experience carrying out Contract/Pricing management within the Generic Pharma industry with advanced proficiency in Excel, iContracts, SAP & CRM Software.
Required Education:
A Bachelor's degree preferably in Business or Finance - MBA preferred
Experience:
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical contract management, specifically within the generic (Gx) industry.
Key Skills:
Expertise in Generic pharmaceutical product pricing models Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modelling, pivot tables), iContracts, SAP Strong negotiation and analytical skills to interpret complex data for data-driven decisions Ability to work across various levels of the organization, self-starter, flexible to travel occasionally
Core Responsibilities Contract Management:
Maintain a wide range of agreements, including those with wholesalers, retailers and distributors
Sales Support:
provide day-to-day support to the sales team on pricing, HDMI sheets, customer portal updates, maintaining a database of customer pricing, analyzing sales reports, assisting with allocation on constrained supply product, and Operational review meetings Analyze current customer pricing and suggest efficiencies in pricing structure, work along with sales team to implement these pricing structure changes
Pricing & Rebate Administration:
Oversee rebate structures including Medicaid and commercial rebates and ensure accurate calculations and timely payments.
System Integrity:
