Medical, Dental, PTO and 401(k) United Salad Co. is one of the area's largest distributors of fresh produce and other grocery and foodservice products across the Pacific Northwest region. Family owned and in business for over 80 years, their state-of-the-art operation distributes produce to national and independent grocers, restaurants, schools, and other institutions from local farmers, and from growers across the globe. United Salad Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Pricing & Sales Analyst to take ownership of pricing strategy and sales analytics across our retail grocery customer base. This position will play a central role in shaping the future of our sales organization by replacing ad-hoc, rep-level pricing decisions with a structured, insight-driven approach. Main Responsibilities Develop and maintain pricing models to ensure competitive, profitable, and consistent pricing across all retail accounts Analyze sales data to identify margin improvement opportunities, unit growth potential, and item penetration trends Collaborate closely with Sales and Procurement leadership to align pricing with sourcing realities and strategic priorities Serve as the go-to expert on sales performance trends, customer-specific pricing behavior, and overall retail pricing strategy Work directly with sales reps to support execution of pricing strategies and coach them through pricing-related change management Drive adoption of tools and reports that enable smarter decision-making and reduce administrative burden on the sales team Track competitive pricing trends in the market and provide proactive recommendations Support leadership with ad hoc reporting and long-term forecasting projects Other duties as assigned Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a pricing, sales analytics, or related role, ideally within the retail grocery industry Advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong understanding of intricate formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences Comfortable working cross-functionally and directly with field sales reps and senior leadership Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated All job offers are contingent upon passing a criminal background check and drug screenSimilar remote jobs
