TE Connectivity, Energy Division is currently seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst. In the energy market our industrial customers are bidding on many Industrial contracts. These quotes need special attention to maximize our companies market share. You'll work as part of our AMS Pricing team with a strong link to regional Product Management and Sales organization. In this role you will be responsible for managing the pricing and quotes for large Industrial Renewable contractors and Distributors. Responsibilities Manage all Quotes in collaboration with all functions for Industrial Contractors and Distributors in the US and Canada. Hold the sales organization accountable to give correct competitive insights to offer the needed and best competitive product technology Create monthly/quarterly performance analysis and develop with the sales team corrective actions. Evaluates and implements pricing strategies and models based on cost overhead, current business and competitive market dynamics. Conducts research and performs competitive pricing analysis, monitoring ongoing competitive environment. Projects impact of pricing changes, individual promotions and rebate programs on revenue Ensures alignment of pricing to avoid any appearance of preferential pricing for any one customer. Drive pricing process improvements as needed for ease of business. Participate in Annual Price change cycle Act as back up for other Pricing Analyst on the teamKey Performance Measurements:
On Time Performance - Submission Period for Quotes Market Share Gain & Margin Improvement (in USD) Price Gains What your background should look like: Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience 2+ years total professional experience Prefer someone coming from Commercial and Industrial industry. Top Communicator with Commercial Mindset Should have had previous experience in preferably a similar function (Finance, Customer Service,) Previous exposure or proven ability to work in a global, matrixed organization Strong business acumen, ability to know how to hold other functions accountable on deliverables independent from the hierarchy level, leverage the needed escalation process High level of written and verbal communication. English is required, additionally Spanish and/or Portuguese a strong plus Exercises consistent discretion and independent judgment MS SharePoint Experience SAP Experience is a must. - Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $63,900 - 79,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
