Job Overview The Analytics Pricing Manager will serve as the centralized leader for pricing analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and process insight generation across the Automotive Pricing organization. This role is responsible for developing and owning the team's reporting infrastructure, executive dashboards, pricing performance analytics, metals recovery reporting, agreement portfolio analysis, quote conversion analytics, audit support reporting, and workload measurement systems. The position will act as the primary bridge between Pricing, Sales, Finance, IT, Digital/Analytics teams, and business leaders to ensure pricing decisions are supported by accurate, scalable, and actionable data. Key Responsibilities Pricing Analytics Leadership- Lead all centralized pricing analytics activities across Automotive Pricing in AMER and EMIA
- Establish standardized KPIs, scorecards, and performance reporting
- Support executive reviews with meaningful data-driven recommendations
- Develop actionable insights on Pricing Realization, Conversion Rate, Margin Performance, and Price Erosion Business Intelligence & Reporting Tools
- Own development and maintenance of Pricing dashboards and tools related to: Quote Volumes and Conversion Rate
- Metal Pricing Recovery and Forecasting
- Agreement Management
- Price Impact and Price Erosion
- Audit Compliance
- Commercial Performance Scorecards Advanced Data Analysis
- Work with large-scale datasets from SAP, PROS, GPMS, CPQ, IBP, Tableau, and PowerBI
- Identify trends, price leakage, and operational inefficiencies
- Develop forecasting models for metals recovery and price erosion Process Improvement & Automation
- Lead initiatives to streamline manual reporting processes
- Develop automated dashboards and self-service reporting solutions
- Partner with IT and Digital teams on AI, analytics, and reporting projects
- Drive process simplification initiatives to reduce non-value-added work Team Enablement
- Act as the pricing organization's reporting and analytics subject matter expert
- Train analysts on dashboards and reporting tools
- Standardize metrics definitions and reporting methodologies
- Mentor analysts on data-driven problem solving What your background should look like: Qualifications
- College degree in economics, finance, statistics, business or comparable experience
- 6+ years of experience in pricing or equivalent type role
- 2+ years of experience as people leader or equivalent leadership role
- 4-year degree required

- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $122,400 - $183,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
