The role involves leading projects spanning from strategic thinking backed by robust data-driven tools to pure market research. Engagement Managers drive the translation of market research and analytics data into actionable commercial strategies. Projects may include aspects of pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing analysis, health-technology assessments, and more.

Building and maintaining relationships with senior client stakeholders, proactively identifying strategic challenges and opportunities to expand client partnerships with the immediate team and broader EVERSANADriving business development through identification of follow-on opportunities, development of proposals, and expansion of existing client accountsContributing to development of consulting methodologies, pricing & market access frameworks, thought leadership content, and knowledge management initiativesOverseeing project staffing, budgeting, scope management, and profitability across multiple concurrent engagementsLeading teams in structuring complex business problems in US and global pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies, developing analytical frameworks, and synthesizing research into actionable recommendationsLeading development of compelling, consistently high-quality client-facing materials and presenting high-level strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Champion adoption of AI-enabled consulting workflows, including knowledge management, research acceleration, workflow automation, and development of reusable team capabilities.
Implementing and improving consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market knowledge across the team.
Mentoring and coaching junior staff members, providing timely feedback to ensure professional growth and project excellence.
