Hybrid Work Schedule-Monday through Wednesday in office, Thursday & Friday remote option. The Pricing Manager is responsible for the design, execution, and governance of global pricing strategies and systems. This role ensures accurate pricing data, efficient pricing processes, and alignment across systems and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining global price lists, commission structures, and system-level pricing parameters; designing and enhancing pricing tools and system logic; and partnering closely with Finance, Purchasing, IT, and cross-functional teams to implement and support pricing strategies. The Pricing Manager drives pricing governance by facilitating Pricing Committee discussions, advising on strategic pricing decisions, and providing insightful reporting—from detailed order-level data to enterprise-wide analyses. This role also supports bids, contracts, and RFPs, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing. Additionally, the role owns testing and documentation of pricing systems, leads global price updates, builds organizational knowledge through training and tools, and safeguards sensitive financial data. Success in this role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader who takes ownership, continuously improves pricing capabilities, and ensures alignment with company standards.
