Job Summary:

LHH is working with a medical manufacturing organization in Edison, NJ to hire a Contract and Pricing Analyst. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years or related experience, advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset. Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot a wide range of issues with minimal supervision, including pricing discrepancies and system-related problems. Act as a pricing subject?matter expert and collaborate with the sales team to support data?driven decision?making for customers and prospects. Consolidate and cleanse customer master data to eliminate duplicates and prevent inaccurate transactions. Generate and analyze reports to support pricing and contract initiatives, including pricing trends, membership eligibility, and customer data insights. Manage the full contract lifecycle, including roster updates and preferred tier requests, ensuring alignment with contract terms. Conduct contract audits to confirm compliance and recommend contracts that require further review. Contribute to strategic, cross?functional projects aimed at developing new programs and improving processes based on evolving customer needs. Accurately program and communicate pricing updates-such as price lists and discounts-within Oracle in a timely manner. Collaborate with sales, customers, customer service, and support teams to resolve pricing inquiries. Review contracts in partnership with sales, support, and legal teams to ensure pricing terms are clearly defined and accurate. Investigate and evaluate credit requests related to pricing issues. Co?lead the execution of annual price adjustments, including planning, communication, and implementation. Participate in system testing activities to support departmental needs. Assist both internal and external stakeholders with pricing requests and questions related to customer master data. Create and maintain work instructions, recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Required Experience:
