DESCRIPTION
Do you want to play an important role in creating our pricing strategies? Do you thrive on leveraging data for decision making? Are you looking for a role where you can have an impact on the business? The Americas Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to join our Pricing team. As a Senior Pricing Manager for NA DSP, you will develop and execute recommendations for pricing and rate cards for DSPs across the US and CA. This role will be responsible for pricing models that drive the cost structure for DSPs in NA and recommend incentive strategies that deliver capacity growth and flexibility. You will partner with Program, Product, and Technology teams across Last Mile to deliver long-term scalable solutions. You will be deeply connected to the data, possess a high degree of ownership, and make excellent decisions. As a Senior Pricing Manager in the DSP organization, you will deliver long-term impactful solutions for our DSPs. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, be customer obsessed, able to overcome obstacles, and have excellent written and verbal communication. The candidate should be comfortable leading cross-functional business decisions, aligning partner teams, and recommend long-term solutions grounded in data. The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, has attention to detail, comfortable with ambiguity, and a passion for data.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of driving process improvements experience Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field Knowledge of general AI tools Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
