Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Merchant Services Deal Pricing Analyst for a hybrid position (minimum 3 days on-site per week) with a Global Financial Institution located in Tempe, AZ, Des Moines, IA or Irving, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
This role supports the Merchant Services business by evaluating pricing opportunities and supporting decisions that directly impact client relationships, profitability, and business growth. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Sales and Relationship Managers to analyze pricing requests, assess financial impacts, and provide data-driven rmendations. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with data, solving business problems, and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Consult on or participate in moderatelyplex initiatives and deliverables within Finance
Review and analyze moderatelyplex Finance challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Contribute to the resolution of moderatelyplex issues and consult with others to meet Finance deliverables
Partner closely with Sales and Relationship Managers to analyze pricing requests, assess financial impacts, and provide data-driven rmendations
Evaluate merchant business characteristics such as transaction volume, processing trends, seasonality, and cost structures
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Merchant Services, Payments, Financial Services, Operations, Pricing, Finance, or a related analytical field; or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Experience analyzing data and making rmendations based on financial, operational, or business insights
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet established deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and modeling
- Exposure to pricing, financial analysis, revenue analysis, or profitability assessment
- Basic understanding of merchant pricing concepts, including interchange, assessments, processing fees, and related cost structures
- Experience working with pricing, reporting, or business intelligence tools

Understanding of payment network regulations and industry practices
Advanced Excel Skills

Pay range: $43.13 - $51.13 per hour
