The successful candidate will combine analytical expertise, commercial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize pricing, support product growth, and deliver measurable financial results across the organization.
JOB SUMMARY
Leads the development and execution of product pricing strategies, across multiple defined business units. Partners with ISL (Product), Legal/Contracts, Operations, Growth and Finance to create product pricing strategies, ensure pricing integrity for commercial activities. responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive analysis, and customer and B2B buyer behavior.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute pricing strategies for new and existing products to optimize revenue and margin. Perform analysis, including competitive benchmarking and scenario modeling, to inform pricing decisions. Collaborate with finance teams to integrate pricing into broader financial forecasts/reporting through analyses of product-level P&Ls and identification of opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and guide pricing decisions. Conduct annual pricing reviews and recommend actionable List Price adjustments based on market and performance data. Design pricing frameworks for product launches and enhancements that align to corporate strategies. Track pricing initiative outcomes and operationalize strategies across teams. Provide price impact reporting and analytics to measure price execution benefits. Enable cross-functional teams through pricing framework education and standardization of pricing processes. Regularly evaluate product performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to align product pricing and value Manage value-based pricing models and tools to promote data-driven decision-making processes.
JOB SCOPE
Under the direction of the AVP of Product Pricing, drive pricing strategies and analytics to enhance market competitiveness and profitability across supported product lines. Serve as strategic pricing lead across domestic products and be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies and processes for new and existing products. Conduct annual pricing reviews, recommend list price adjustments, and build pricing to drive solution/ product strategies. The Manager will track pricing initiative outcomes and operationalize pricing strategies in their respective areas in partnership with cross-functional teams. Supports scalable pricing and packaging strategies that meet both short- and long-term business goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Experience, and Training) Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred. Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) a plus Proven experience (5 years+) in $1B+ organizations, in pricing strategy management, preferably in Healthcare/Health tech, or technology companies with an underlying skill set in SaaS, DaaS, etc. pricing constructs. Basic understanding of pricing research techniques (Conjoint, Discrete Choice, Van Westendorp, etc.) Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Office. Proficiency in pricing software/CPQ and tools a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $120k-$134k. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity.
