General Summary:
Alta Land & ROW Services is seeking an experienced Land/Right of Way Agent to support public-sector infrastructure projects throughout Arizona. The ideal candidate has experience working with governmental agencies and federally funded projects requiring compliance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (URA). Responsibilities Acquire easements and property rights for public infrastructure projects. Conduct negotiations with property owners while maintaining positive public relationships. Ensure acquisitions comply with URA and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Coordinate with agency representatives, engineers, surveyors, and project managers. Review title information and assist with acquisition documentation. Maintain accurate project records and prepare status reports. Attend public meetings and stakeholder coordination meetings as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of Right of Way acquisition experience. Experience with governmental agency or federally funded projects. Working knowledge of the Uniform Relocation Assistance (URA) requirements. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; GIS and project management software experience is a plus. IRWA coursework or SR/WA designation is a plus.
