Tucson, AZ Job Details Full-time 19 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Driver's License Attention to detail Associate's degree Property management Full Job Description About the Role We are seeking an organized, dependable, and resourceful Client Property Case Manager to help manage and protect clients' real and personal property throughout fiduciary matters. In this role, you will coordinate property inventories, utilities, maintenance, inspections, vendors, and the sale or transfer of client assets. You will work closely with fiduciaries, case managers, finance staff, attorneys, real estate professionals, contractors, and community partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in property management, estate administration, fiduciary services, real estate coordination, or asset management who enjoys managing multiple projects and seeing them through to completion. What You'll Do Manage and document clients' real and personal property. Coordinate detailed property and asset inventories, including photographs and supporting records. Establish, transfer, monitor, and close utility and property-related accounts. Arrange inspections, maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, security services, and emergency repairs. Monitor vacant properties and coordinate services needed to protect their condition and value. Obtain estimates, schedule vendors, and monitor the quality and timeliness of completed work. Coordinate appraisals, estate sales, donations, transfers, vehicle sales, and other asset dispositions. Collaborate with licensed real estate professionals regarding property listings and sales. Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready records in Clio, SharePoint, and other systems. Provide timely updates to fiduciaries, attorneys, case managers, finance staff, and leadership. Protect confidential client, financial, legal, and property information. What We're Looking For Experience in property management, estate administration, fiduciary services, real estate coordination, asset management, or a related field. Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple properties, cases, vendors, and deadlines at the same time. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Sound judgment when handling sensitive or time-sensitive matters. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and electronic document management systems. Experience with Excel, Clio, SharePoint, or Adobe Acrobat is preferred. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Arizona as needed. Success in This Role The right candidate will be proactive, accountable, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Success means keeping client property secure, maintaining complete documentation, coordinating vendors effectively, and ensuring every assigned matter receives consistent follow-through.
