Job Description

Property Readiness Specialist $24 to $25/hr Ecco Living is hiring a Property Readiness Specialist to support our residential properties throughout Los Angeles. This is an active, field based role for someone who is dependable, organized, detail oriented, and good at solving problems. You will travel between our properties throughout the day to make sure apartments are properly prepared, inspected, and ready for residents.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and inspect apartments for upcoming move ins. Complete move in and move out inspections. Check apartment condition, cleanliness, furniture, supplies, appliances, keys, locks, and access. Set up and troubleshoot WiFi, TVs, smart locks, and other basic technology. Identify and document property issues that need attention. Deliver keys, supplies, and equipment between properties. Take photos and maintain accurate records of completed assignments. Keep the office updated on apartment readiness and outstanding items.
What We're Looking For:
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills. Comfortable with basic technology and hands on tasks. Organized and able to manage multiple assignments throughout the day. Professional communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Previous experience in property operations, hospitality, residential services, inspections, turnovers, or a similar role is preferred.
What We Offer:
$24.00 to $25.00 per hour. Full time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mileage reimbursement. Monthly health, dental, and vision insurance allowance. Paid time off.
