Accurately and timely transfers title on all property sales and transactions not requiring a reconfiguration of land. Processes senior and veteran property tax exemption applications. Assists with assessment and appraisal projects. Provides accurate information and assistance to the public. Pay Rate The hourly range is from $23.03 to $26.23 depending on experience, plus full benefits. •The County pays monthly on the last week day of the month.• View the full job description here. Requirements:
Must possess a valid Colorado driver's license. Must complete ICS 100 and ICS 700 within the first year of employment. The following courses must be taken within the first two years of employment: Introduction to Assessment Basic Title Conveyance Advanced Title Conveyance Ownership, Legal Description & Mapping Manufactured Homes Qualifications/Education High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferable.
