ClassPass and Breethe Memberships What You'll Do Acquire Right-of-Way rights for telecom projects in accordance with project guidelines and regulations
Review and interpret telecom site designs to understand equipment layouts, construction requirements, and potential impacts on property rights and easements
Evaluate the placement and installation of telecom infrastructure, including shelters, concrete pads, conduits, ice bridges, coaxial cables, fiber lines, panel antennas, whip antennas, microwave dishes, and various antenna platform configurations
Read and analyze telecom construction drawings, including site plans and elevation drawings, to verify proposed equipment locations, access requirements, and compliance with project specifications
Interpret cell tower and utility tower structural analysis reports to understand loading conditions, equipment capacity, and the feasibility of proposed modifications or installations
Coordinate with engineers, carriers, tower companies, landowners, and utility stakeholders to support site acquisition, permitting, and right-of-way activities
Identify potential conflicts related to access, easements, utility corridors, and equipment placement, and work with project teams to resolve issues during the development and construction process
Ensure proposed telecom installations align with lease agreements, right-of-way requirements, and applicable industry standards

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to clearly communicate and exchange information in person, via phone and email. Substantial repetitive movements of the wrists, hands and/or fingers due to high amounts of computer usage and typing. Expected to spend long spans of time in front of a computer screen. Able to read, understand and interpret department related documents and data. This is a largely sedentary role; however, the employee is occasionally required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff. This employee is required to occasionally travel to government buildings which involves time driving; sometimes for long durations.
