In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of rental properties to ensure they meet quality standards, safety regulations, and guest satisfaction criteria. Your keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills will help maintain the highest standards for our vacation rental listings, ensuring a seamless experience for both property owners and guests. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive inspections of vacation rental properties before check-in and after check-out to assess cleanliness, safety, and maintenance needs Document property conditions accurately using data entry tools such as SuiteOp, including photos and detailed reports Verify compliance with local regulations, including Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant law, and Section 8 requirements when applicable Coordinate with property manager, maintenance teams, and cleaning staff to address identified issues promptly Conduct routine follow-up inspections to ensure ongoing property standards are maintained Maintain organized records of inspections, repairs, and compliance documentation in accordance with legal administrative practices Qualifications Prior experience in property management, real estate administrative work, or facilities management is highly desirable but not required Familiarity with property management software such as SuiteOp, and Slack Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities Ability to perform physical inspections that may involve climbing ladders or navigating tight spaces safely Experience with data entry, filing systems, Inventory, and office administrative tasks Join us in ensuring every vacation rental is a safe, welcoming, and high-quality space!
