Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Meet one of the following requirements; One year of experience working with or managing data, experience in real estate, appraisal, new construction, real estate development, real estate lending, real estate insurance adjusting, or drafting- OR•One year of mass appraisal experience as a field appraiser or administrative support in a Kansas County Appraiser's Office.
- Fundamentals of Real Property Appraisal, IAAO Course 102
- Income Approach to Valuation, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), Orion Introduction and Overview of Basic Functionality.
