Job Description
Kind of Work Are you interested in being a Residential Appraiser for St. Louis County? Put your expertise to work conducting inspections of property, researching, reviewing information and making appraisals. The salary range reflected above is the normal hiring range for 2026. The full salary range, including longevity pay, is $30.18

Duties include:
conducting inspections of property to determine conditions, improvements, measurements and locations; researching property descriptions, deeds and other documents; reviewing information with property owners and others to assess accuracy of information; making appraisals based on available information. The work is performed under the direction of assigned supervisory staff. (Pass/Fail): Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree. Possession of a valid driver's license.RATING SYSTEM
