Working under tight deadlines using analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Execute plans for all aspects of small, medium or large projects Responsible for the project schedule status to meet deadlines. Responsible for tracking and monitoring all financial aspects of projects. Provide technical assistance to resolve issues and solve problems. Supervise the settling of damage claims. Oversee the necessary licensing and permits. Reviewing progress of projects. Construction support liaison responsibilities. Supervise Appraisal Negotiation. Supervise Relocation Assistance.
