Job Description
The City of St. Louis Park is currently accepting applications for the position of Property Maintenance Inspector II. Provide education on city property maintenance codes, state construction codes, and licensing programs to residents, contractors, and business owners. Inspect all properties to ensure compliance with property maintenance code, all other state construction codes and city codes. Perform a variety of technical work in conducting inspections of homes, apartments, and businesses to ensure all properties are in compliance with minimum standards. Position involves significant contact with the public, answering questions, responding to complaints, and writing reports.
