In the role of Real Estate Services Technician II , we'll count on you to: Perform mid-level technical services for right-of-way projects as required by the assignment, including project coordination Order and review title, perform title curative duties, provide detailed property research, and prepare acquisition and document packages that are certification-ready Coordinate closing/settlement/condemnation packages and document recordings Input data, maintain tracking and parcel status database, and prepare client reports Often work closely with agents and at the direction of a Project Manager Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications AA degree or equivalent experience Database and GIS familiarity #LI-EV1 Required Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience with right-of-way, title, paralegal, real property law or mortgage lending Specific industry regulatory knowledge a plus Ability to understand real estate documents such as title, appraisal, environmental and survey Proficiency with MS Office Suite Industry experience is beneficial and highly organized work approach What We Believe HDR is our company. The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
