Marketing & Sales:

Field Inspections:

Valuation:

Reporting:

Requirements:
Nevada Certified Residential Appraiser license (Required). Deep local knowledge of the Clark County market. A desire to offload the "office grind" and focus on professional valuation. Reliable vehicle for field inspections.
Compensation & Lifestyle:
