PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB
Perform the appraisal review function and recommend additions and deletions to the Approved Appraiser Database.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS
  • Review appraisal reports for both new and renewal loan requests;
  • Perform or review in-house evaluations;
  • Resolve appraisal errors / deficiencies; and,
  • Assist in maintaining the Approved Appraiser List.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Demonstrated knowledge of all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements;
  • Demonstrated expertise in oral and written communication;
  • Demonstrated expertise in analysis and decision support; and,
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage deadlines.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred; and
  • Three years' experience in appraisal review, commercial real estate, or finance preferred.
Experience may replace formal education requirement.
