This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with landowners, government agencies, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution. Duties Conduct thorough title searches and review public records to verify property ownership and easements relevant to project sites. Manage negotiations by preparing and reviewing legal descriptions, easements, and other necessary documentation. Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and mapping software to accurately plot property boundaries, rights-of-way, and project alignments. Coordinate with landowners, tenants, government agencies, and internal teams to negotiate rights-of-way and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Maintain detailed records of title searches, easements, legal descriptions, and related documentation within company software. Qualifications Proven experience with right-of-way acquisition, title search procedures, easements, and real estate transaction management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes. Familiarity with legal descriptions and title review processes. Experience using GIS tools, mapping software, and real estate documentation review systems. Strong research skills with the ability to analyze public records and title records efficiently. Knowledge of local regulations governing easements, land use, and property rights. Excellent client communication skills combined with a customer service-oriented approach to stakeholder engagement.
