Job Summary We are looking for reliable, experienced independent contractors and subcontractors in Hartselle, Alabama , and nearby areas to complete property preservation and maintenance work for residential properties. We have ongoing work available for qualified contractors who can respond quickly, complete jobs professionally, and provide required photos and documentation.

Services May Include:

Lawn and grass cuts Property maintenance Debris removal Interior and exterior cleanouts Lock changes and rekeys Winterization Property securing Eviction cleanouts Minor repairs and maintenance Shrub and vegetation trimming Property inspections and condition photos Board-ups and securing vacant properties

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation Must have your own basic tools and equipment Property preservation or maintenance experience preferred Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Smartphone capable of taking clear photos Ability to provide before, during, and after photos as required Must be dependable and responsive Must be willing to work as an independent contractor/subcontractor (1099)
