Job Description

Job Overview The Monongalia County Assessor's Office has an open position forafull-time Field Deputy of Residential Property . This position is responsible for providing activities necessary to the valuing of real estate in Monongalia County. The successful candidate(s) interfaces with the public regularly and is familiar with current industry standards relating to the appraisal of real property. Familiarity with Monongalia County is essential to the skill set necessary to successfully complete assigned duties.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working under the WV State Tax Code Experience working with
IAS/CAMA
Systems
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
