Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is looking for an experienced Property Inspector to join our client's property management team. $18.00/+ mileage

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Must have dependable transportation

Duties and Responsibilities:

Home inspections on rental properties Prepare lease agreements Assist with managing a diverse portfolio of properties Property showings Answering the phone and scheduling appointments Checking properties for readiness and cold weather

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
