What You'll Do Reviewing supplier documentation in Trace Gains portal (Maintain Supplier Registers with document expiration dates and make sure that all supplier docs are up to date) Fulfill customer Requests for Documentation (emails/customer portals) E-filing records Maintain Controlled Documents in our DC software
  • SOPS, SSOP's, Forms, Work Instructions, etc
  • Create/Revise through Change Order Process Requirements What You Bring Education minimum of an Associate's Degree in Business or a related field, or high school diploma/GED with 2 years of equivalent work related experience Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant field Familiar working in a software portal environment (data entry) Document review skills Administrative support skills Food manufacturing/pharmaceutical/legal/academia/regulatory industry experience is a plus.
Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills Strong analytical and computer skills Knowledge of manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceutical, HACCP, GMP's, SSOP's and FSMA's Regulatory Landscape is a plus. Must be able to juggle multiple competing projects Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects Ability to read and interpret documents such as food safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to follow instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Why Catania Oils?
