  • Regulatory Affairs / Product Safety Department

  • Regulatory Affairs Specialist - SDS & Chemical Compliance (1-year contract)
  • Location:
  • Madison Heights, MI
  • Pay Range:
  • $26.00/hr
  • What's the Job?
  • + Prepare and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels in compliance with regulatory standards + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for industrial chemical products + Conduct safety and regulatory assessments for chemical materials and formulations + Support product lifecycle compliance, including transportation, handling, and disposal considerations + Monitor and interpret regulatory and toxicological updates impacting product compliance •What's Needed?
  • + Experience with SDS authoring and regulatory labeling + Knowledge of TSCA, DSL, or similar chemical regulatory frameworks + Experience working with industrial chemicals or chemical formulations + Familiarity with SAP or similar data/documentation systems + Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret regulatory requirements
