Job Description

Regulatory Specialist Our client, a leader in the healthcare and regulatory industry, is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to join their team. As a Regulatory Specialist, you will be part of the Regulatory Affairs department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Hybrid Work Schedule:
FT / Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm What's the Job? Managing technical queries and documentation via RDM. Coordinating registration dossiers through Polaris, collaborating cross-functionally, and maintaining data trackers for visibility. Applying for Certificates of Free Sale (FDA, NY Chamber, NJDHHS, etc.) and dispatching them. Dispatching finished product samples for registration requirements. Handling notarization/legalization for approvals and managing document collection and dispatch to markets. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Regulatory Affairs or related field. Experience with regulatory documentation and registration processes. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects effectively.
