WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
The Infrastructure & Commercial Products Group is looking for a Project Management & Risk Specialist to support capital projects and critical operational initiatives. This role is balanced between traditional project management and proactive risk and business continuity planning, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and in alignment with Saint-Gobain standards. In this role, you will help guide capital projects from planning through execution while identifying risks early, building mitigation plans, supporting continuity readiness, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. You will play an important part in protecting safety, operations, budget, timing, and overall business resilience across assigned projects and sites. This position may be based at any ICPG manufacturing location. To effectively support plant operations, risk management initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and cross-functional project work, candidates must reside near and have regular access to an ICPG facility.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
In this role, you will: Plan, organize, and support assigned capital projects, typically up to $2M, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, on budget, and within scope. Follow Saint-Gobain project execution, capital expenditure, purchasing, EHS, risk prevention, and loss prevention requirements. Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, EHS, WCM, Purchasing, Supply Chain, R D, Product Management, Legal, site leadership, and other stakeholders to align project delivery, risk controls, and continuity planning. Lead upfront risk identification and mitigation planning for project and operational risks, including safety, supplier, contractor, cost, schedule, permitting, and continuity risks. Develop and maintain business continuity planning inputs, including disruption scenarios, recovery considerations, contingency actions, and escalation paths. Monitor project risks throughout execution, document mitigation actions, and escalate concerns related to safety, budget, timing, operations, or business continuity. Partner with suppliers, contractors, Purchasing, and Legal as needed to support project scope, contracts, quotes, and execution expectations. Present project progress, risks, issues, and key decisions to leadership or steering committees. We are looking for someone with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of project management experience on medium to large projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, planning, forecasting, budgeting, tracking, meeting facilitation, and project management skills. Experience with risk management, business continuity planning, operational resilience, safety standards, EHS requirements, contractor and supplier coordination, and contract review is strongly preferred. This role may be a strong fit for someone who can influence stakeholders, work effectively across functions, adapt to different teams and business needs, and balance timely project execution with proactive risk mitigation and business continuity readiness.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $79,500 to $123,400 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $87,400 to $135,700. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
