KYC Operations Agents

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a KYC Operations Analyst for a top crypto and Web3 client. This candidate will support the customer onboarding process by executing KYC requirements, reviewing documentation, and identifying potential risks. The KYC operations analyst will be responsible for processing onboarding applications, assessing and escalating potential risk, and respond to clients request / questions. The ideal professional thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, follows structured processes with precision, and brings a strong customer-first mindset. This role is fully onsite and a 6 month contract to hire.

• Process new client onboarding applications following established KYC procedures
• Collect, review, and validate onboarding and identity documentation
• Review and approve new account applications
• Assess and escalate risk identified during onboarding reviews
• Respond to clients through a customer ticketing system
• Partner closely with First Line Operations and Second Line Compliance
