Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed)Pay:

Full-Time, Salaried Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Analyst to identify, assess, and mitigate business risks across operations, finance, client relationships, and project execution. This role works closely with leadership, operations, finance, and project teams to analyze operational processes, contracts, financial performance, and compliance requirements in order to identify potential risks and develop strategies to reduce exposure. The Risk Analyst plays a key role in strengthening operational efficiency, protecting company assets, and supporting informed business decisions that contribute to long-term growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities Identify and analyze operational, financial, and strategic risks that may impact company performance Evaluate internal processes, workflows, and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies or risk exposure Review contracts, service agreements, and vendor relationships to assess potential business or financial risks Analyze project performance, cost trends, and budget variances to identify financial concerns Monitor compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies and process improvements Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership outlining key risks and recommendations Support internal audits, insurance reviews, and compliance initiatives Collaborate with leadership and department heads to improve decision-making through data insights Track incidents, claims, operational disruptions, and client concerns to identify patterns and preventative measures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in risk analysis, financial analysis, operations analysis, or business process improvement Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Experience analyzing data and identifying business performance trends Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; ERP system experience is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership Benefits 401(k) with 4% company match Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Paid holidaysJob Type:
