Our premier solutions enhance organizational resilience by providing protective intelligence, crisis management, and security services worldwide. This position is located at our Global Response Center, as a member of the Global Operations team, in Jacksonville, Florida. The Response Coordinator is responsible for global risk monitoring and assisting clients with critical information and situational updates; writing intelligence briefs; operational mapping to support risk assessments, security operations and evacuations; and, utilizing advanced technology to monitor locations including geofenced assets . This position includes regular exposure to nights, weekends and holidays as part of a 24/7 global operations team. All team members benefit from attending the Operations and Protective Intelligence training program while onboarding, in-service training and ongoing mentoring by team leaders and dept heads. General Responsibilities Serve as a team member providing around the clock advice, guidance and assistance to clients worldwide Initiate operational support to protect client assets and save lives, when required Prepare case management reports to document actions undertaken Utilize proper information to format and summarize data that inform clients of potential risks to organizational assets during critical events Prepare and update operational maps Actively monitor, collect and process "all source" information to identify risks or the change in a client risk profile Conduct risk analysis to assist in the production of threat assessments and intelligence reports Support the Crisis Management Team with sustained communications and risk intelligence Required Attributes Team Player Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience required Excellent oral and written communications skills Able to effectively respond to personnel experiencing dynamic/emotional situations Able to multi-task with great attention to detail and awareness of time management Foreign language knowledge is a plus Foreign travel and/or experience living abroad is a plus Salary & Benefits Salary, generous PTO program, 401(k) w/match, and other benefits will be discussed with candidates that pass the initial screening.
