Evaluates physical security audit tracking for ISO standard. + Collects information on foreign insurance placements on an ongoing basis and keeps tracking documents up to date. + Liaises with internal stakeholders to maintain the field office contact listing on a monthly basis. + Reviews contracts •
PRIMARY PURPOSE
- :•Gathers, analyzes, and presents information on various risk management initiatives; manages certificate of insurance requests, security arrangements and inquiries for international travel, and maintains vital risk management information.
ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS andRESPONSIBILITIES
- + Manages all certificate of insurance requests including handling non-standard broker and carrier requests, ensuring new certificates are correct and making modifications as needed to ensure compliance with contract provisions.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education & Licensing
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Risk Management and Insurance preferred.
- Experience
- Five (5) years of related experience, to include three (3) years of corporate risk management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

- + Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines for projects + Ability to manage multiple projects and programs at the same time to complete work + Critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems with data + Quantitative and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to understand new analytical concepts + Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills + PC literate, including Microsoft Office products + Analytical and interpretive skills + Strong organizational skills + Excellent interpersonal skills + Excellent negotiating skills + Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports + Ability to work in a team environment + Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies •
