  • Minimum qualifications:
  • + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role. + 5 years of experience in data analytics, risk quantification and risk reporting. + Experience in SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • + Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.

+ 5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.

+ Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and model development.

+ Experience working within an enterprise risk management (ERM) or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework.

+ Ability to synthesize complex, high-volume data into clear, actionable executive insights.

  • gTech Risk plays a vital role in communicating and managing risk information for gTech executives, overseeing reporting, engaging with stakeholders, and formulating future strategies.

We are establishing an integrated, intelligence-driven operating system. As a key member of the Risk Strategy team, the Governance Analyst serves as an integral component in driving the effective execution of our governance routines, executive mandates, and cross-functional engagement within the gTech Risk Council. In this role, you will establish reporting frameworks for key risk indicators (KRIs), develop quantitative metrics, and build an ecosystem that provides gTech leadership with real-time risk intelligence. Additionally, you will support the ongoing cadence and rhythm of business risk reporting.   • Responsibilities
  • + Design and maintain reporting frameworks for key risk indicators (KRIs) to deliver real-time risk visibility for gTech executive leadership.

+ Architect and deploy quantitative metrics to evaluate risk exposures across gTech business workflows, replacing point-in-time assessments.

+ Lead the business risk reporting cadence and support the effective execution of governance routines and executive mandates within the gTech Risk Council.

+ Build and integrate an intelligence ecosystem that provides actionable insights for cross-functional engagement and executive decision-making

+ Partner with data, engineering, and business stakeholders to communicate risk posture and translate strategic priorities into governance outcomes.
