WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
This is a professional, relationship-focused sales role helping homeowners navigate storm restoration solutions. You will work directly with property owners while learning a proven process designed for long term success. Meet with homeowners to identify storm-related property concerns Explain the inspection and claims process in a clear, professional way Coordinate inspections and project communication using company systems Train weekly with experienced leaders focused on growth and performance Our licensed Public Adjusters manage claim advocacy while restoration and office teams handle operations behind the scenes.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission. First 60
Days:
$8,000 to $15,000+ monthly for motivated new reps
Established Representatives:
$150,000 to $200,000+ annually
Top Producers:
$300,000+ annually
Leadership Roles:
