General Purpose:

To help protect and enhance the assets of the Company and stakeholders by performing a variety of risk management functions in accordance with company policy and government regulations.

Essential Functions:

Field Support:

• Review background check requests against client criminal hiring criteria and notify branch staff of outcome in accordance with established procedures.
• Support our offices in requests and questions related to both background checks and drug screen inquiries.
• Assist Director of Risk Operations in managing drug test results for the field.
• Provide training on different Risk Operations functions.
• Complete and fulfill DOT verification requests in a timely manner.

Departmental Support:

• Handle in-coming phone calls to main Risk Operations line, answering routine questions and referring calls as needed.
• Update a variety of Risk Operations reports and excel spreadsheets as assigned.
• Create and send Pre-adverse and adverse action letters as needed for some background check vendors.
• Provide clerical support and other administrative assistance to department staff.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor in a timely and accurate manner.
• Capable of working effectively in a busy atmosphere requiring a constant ability to multi-task
