DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in establishing a safety culture within policyholder. Work with other consultants to conduct loss surveys, verify compliance, and identify unsafe conditions. Assist with gathering information and documenting to comply with site safety plans, OSHA, and other applicable regulations. Work with policyholders to support policies and procedures that prevent accidents. Interact with lead consultants to provide corrective and reinforcing feedback to policyholders. Support lead consultants affirming policyholder implementation of safety policies and procedures. Adapting to a flexible, paced, and dynamic work environment consistent with organizational core values and the mission statement. Develop the ability to write and implement written site-specific safety management plans. Gain an understanding of oil and gas, heavy construction, transportation, maritime, USL&H, and specialty contractor environments and risks. REQUIRED SKILLS
Ability to greet clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
