2971621305-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to ensure timely, accurate financial and regulatory reports for banking regulators and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will gather and reconcile data across systems, prepare and review regulatory filings, analyze variances, and support audits and examinations. You'll collaborate with finance, risk, and operations teams, helping maintain strong internal controls and data quality. Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely regulatory and financial reports for banking regulators and internal stakeholders. Gather, validate, and reconcile data from multiple banking and financial systems. Analyze variances and trends in regulatory and financial reports and escalate issues as needed. Maintain documentation to support filings and respond to regulatory and audit inquiries. Partner with finance, risk, and operations teams to improve reporting processes and data quality. Support internal controls, testing, and remediation related to regulatory reporting. Assist with process automation and reporting enhancements.
