full-time Founding Engineer We are currently partnered with a fast-growing NYC startup to scale the engineering team. They're building an AI-powered platform that modernizes commercial property insurance by centralizing data and using analytics to improve risk management, pricing, and distribution. They're looking for intellectually curious engineers with a passion for product to work directly with the CTO and help them scale. The role is hands-on and high-agency, built for someone early in their career who wants to thrive in a startup environment. You as the ideal candidate will be responsible for: Working with a small team to ship fast and own parts of the systems Extracting data from document-heavy sources and joining it against external datasets Building models and workflows to turn data into intelligence to drive decisions Scoping the customer-facing product where customers organize and act on insurance portfolios You as the ideal candidate will require: The desire to work in and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Ability to work across the full stack Excellent communication skills, will be engaging on client calls CS or similar Degree This is a great opportunity for an ambitious engineer that wants a chance to join an early-stage startup with huge potential.
