Risk Analyst Silver State Adolescent Treatment Center Las Vegas, NV | Full-Time Position Summary Silver State Adolescent Treatment Center is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Risk Analyst to support our safety, compliance, and performance-improvement programs. This position plays an important role in identifying organizational risks, reviewing incidents, monitoring corrective actions, and helping ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has experience in behavioral health, healthcare compliance, risk management, quality assurance, or incident investigation and is comfortable working in a fast-paced adolescent treatment environment. Key Responsibilities Review incident reports for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and required follow-up. Track incidents, grievances, injuries, medication events, restraints, seclusions, elopements, allegations, and other identified risks. Assist with internal investigations, staff interviews, documentation review, and preparation of investigation summaries. Identify trends and patterns that may affect patient safety, regulatory compliance, or organizational risk. Maintain risk-management logs, dashboards, corrective-action plans, and supporting documentation. Monitor corrective actions to ensure identified concerns are addressed and sustained. Assist with root-cause analyses and performance-improvement initiatives. Support required reporting to regulatory agencies, child welfare authorities, and other external entities. Conduct audits of clinical and operational practices, including patient safety rounds, documentation, medication processes, and policy compliance. Assist leadership with regulatory surveys, audits, plans of correction, and requests for documentation. Collaborate with nursing, clinical, operations, human resources, and executive leadership. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patients, employees, investigations, and organizational information. Participate in safety, quality, and risk-management meetings. Perform other duties related to risk management and regulatory compliance as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social services, criminal justice, risk management, business, or a related field preferred. Relevant healthcare, behavioral health, compliance, quality, investigative, or risk-management experience preferred. Experience in a psychiatric residential treatment facility, behavioral health facility, hospital, residential program, or other regulated healthcare setting is strongly preferred. Strong written communication, interviewing, documentation, and analytical skills. Ability to review sensitive information objectively and prepare clear, factual reports. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic record systems. Working knowledge of patient rights, confidentiality, HIPAA, incident reporting, and healthcare regulatory standards is preferred. Must successfully complete all required background checks, fingerprinting, health screenings, and facility training requirements.
