Summary:
The Senior Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst serves as a key liaison between business lines, support units, and ERM to support the implementation and oversight of procedures, standards, and service-level agreements. The Senior ERM Analyst conducts risk assessments, identifies control gaps, and partners with lines of business to recommend appropriate risk treatment strategies. Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or eight years directly related experience requiredMinimum three years' progressive experience in risk managementCertified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certification preferred.

Ability to research, analyze, and present complex and varied security metrics and data.

Ability to balance competing priorities and complete essential objectives in a self-directed manner.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsEnthusiastic, creative team player with a strong commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Responsibilities:
Uses metrics and measures to develop scorecards and reports that communicate control effectiveness and the organization's enterprise risk posture.

Collaborates across the organization to strengthen information security and physical security compliance, manage risk, and promote effective enterprise-wide security practices.

Facilitates the identification, assessment, and management of risk across the enterprise and within individual business units.

Understands the financial services regulatory environment and its impact on Teachers business, processes, and adherence to established risk appetite levels.

Monitors the evolving threat and risk environment and provide business partners with timely, accurate updates on risk treatment efforts.

Assesses operational, physical security, and information security control environments to identify gaps, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

Provides recommendations and guidance to improve control environments through risk treatment and mitigation in alignment with applicable laws, regulations, organizational policies, and standards.

Fosters and promote a culture of security and risk awareness by providing support, education, and training to employees and business partners.

This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
