As an Operations Advisor within PNC's Investment Operations organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA As a member of the Swap Dealer Regulatory Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of swap transaction data reported to regulatory repositories. This position is responsible for the daily monitoring, validation, and reconciliation of swap reporting data in compliance with CFTC regulations, including Parts 43, 45, and 23. In this role, you will investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies, support portfolio reconciliation activities, and help maintain the quality of data used for regulatory reporting and risk management purposes. You will partner with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and business stakeholders to identify issues, drive resolutions, and support regulatory obligations. In addition to day-to-day operational responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives focused on enhancing and modernizing PNC's swap reporting and reconciliation processes. These efforts may include process improvements, automation, system enhancements, and the implementation of regulatory or business-driven changes.
Location:
This position is based in Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of Pittsburgh and be available to attend periodic in-person business obligations, including meetings, training, and team events. Outside of these required in-person commitments, the role offers the flexibility to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and reconcile swap transaction data reported to Swap Data Repositories (SDRs).
Ensure compliance with applicable CFTC reporting and reconciliation requirements.
Investigate and resolve data exceptions, discrepancies, and reporting issues.
Support portfolio reconciliation activities and data quality controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Risk.
Participate in process improvement, automation, and regulatory change initiatives.
Contribute to the enhancement of reporting and reconciliation controls, procedures, and operating models.
