We are seeking a talented individual to join our Forensic Accounting & Claims Services team at Marsh . The role can be based in any of our US offices or Remote. As an Engagement Lead
  • Forensic Accounting & Claims Services Consultant, you will act as a recognized subject matter expert, leading large-scale strategic projects, coaching team members, and solving complex client problems.

Lead complex client engagements, setting project approach, methodology, and deliverables to achieve superior outcomes. Advise and direct colleagues on research and analysis for client projects, guiding data collection and interpretation. Drive expansion of client relationships, identifying opportunities for new work and additional services. Anticipate potential roadblocks in client projects and develop strategic action plans to address them. Review and refine client deliverables, providing advanced recommendations and insights. Lead highly specialized and unique projects, ensuring exceptional results and client satisfaction.
What you need to have:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in risk consulting, forensic accounting, claims solutions, or a closely related field in a client facing role. Quantification of economic damages including Business Interruption, Property Damage and Extra Expenses. Proven experience managing large-scale, complex client projects and engagements. Ability to manage and foster client relationships for existing business and future opportunities. Demonstrated strength in data-driven analysis, problem-solving, and developing actionable client recommendations. Experience coaching, guiding, or mentoring colleagues on project work and client delivery.

Deep expertise in forensic accounting and complex claims analysis across diverse industries. An ideal candidate will also have experience advising clients in the various and diverse industries. Experience assisting clients with Business Interruption valuations for insurance placement. Working knowledge of insurance claims, particularly delay/damage impacts. Proven success in expanding client relationships and serving as a strategic advisor. Experience leading specialized consulting projects with measurable client impact.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
