Mandatory Qualification for this Job Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
• Required Master's Degree
• Preferred Experience in Healthcare Risk Management
• Preferred Minimum 5 years of technical or related healthcare experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience preferred CPHRM Certification preferred but not required Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of healthcare compliance, patient safety, and risk mitigation practices Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced healthcare environment 3.
