Supply Chain Program Manager (San Jose, CA, 95117) | 09/16/26 Job Description Job Description Overview Seeking an experienced Vulnerability Management Governance Analyst with strong expertise in cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and vulnerability remediation oversight. This role focuses on governance, reporting, compliance tracking, and risk management rather than vulnerability scanning or project management. Key Responsibilities Monitor compliance with cybersecurity policies, standards, and risk frameworks.

Support vulnerability governance, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.

Track vulnerability remediation progress and SLA adherence.

Gather, validate, and analyze vulnerability data for leadership reporting.

Maintain standards, procedures, process documentation, and workflow diagrams.

Drive remediation accountability through governance oversight and stakeholder engagement.

Support exception management, risk acceptance, audit, and regulatory review activities.

Identify trends, compliance gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Vulnerability Management Governance, Cybersecurity Risk, or Compliance.

Strong understanding of NIST, FedRAMP, cybersecurity controls, policies, and standards.

Experience with vulnerability management processes, governance reporting, and compliance monitoring.

Knowledge of risk assessment areas such as Vulnerability Management, Access Management, Logging & Monitoring, and Threat Detection.

Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Background Experience in large, highly regulated enterprise environments.

Experience managing high-volume vulnerability remediation programs.

Familiarity with audit, regulatory compliance, exception management, and risk acceptance processes. Candidate Profile (Screening Insights) Must Have Vulnerability Management Governance experience

NIST/FedRAMP knowledge

Governance, compliance, and remediation tracking experience

Strong reporting, analytics, and documentation skills
